  • The DELOLUX 20 system is a UV surface curing lamp which allows large surfaces (100 x 100 mm) to be cured in a few seconds thanks to the homogeneous distribution of light. This curing lamp is available in 365nm, 400nm and 460nm versions. The DELOLUX 20 is powered and controlled by a DELOLUX Pilot control unit with a large 7" touch screen.

  • The DELOLUX 202 system is a UV surface curing lamp which allows large surfaces (200 x 50 mm) to be cured in a few seconds thanks to the homogeneous distribution of the light. This curing lamp is available in 365nm, 400nm and 460nm versions. The DELOLUX 202 is powered and controlled by a DELOLUX Pilot control unit with a large 7" touch screen.

  • The DELOLUX 50 LED curing lamp is suitable for both very fast and very precise glue curing. The dimensions of this LED lamp are very compact and at the same time ensure a stable intensity and high process reliability. The irradiation area varies between 8.6mm and 11.5mm diameter. Available wavelengths are 365nm, 400nm and 460nm.

  • The DELOLUX 80 curing lamp is suitable for both very fast and very precise curing of adhesives. The liquid-cooled LED technology in a closed circuit allows for a 20-fold longer operating time and an even distribution of light and temperature over the entire exposed surface. The irradiation surface varies from 17 mm to 23 mm in diameter. Available wavelengths are 365nm, 400nm and 460nm.

  • The DELOLUX 504 light source is equipped with the latest generation of UV LEDs and achieves three times the light intensity of the previous model. It has been developed for high-speed production in the electronics and automotive industries where small area irradiation and seamless integration of components into production equipment is required.

Polymerise an adhesive in seconds

The choice of UV lamps is based on the UV radiation spectrum (365, 400 or 460 nm). This depends on the photosensitive adhesive to be cured and the associated wavelength.

UV lamps have the ability to cure very large areas of exposure but also more specific locations (diameter from 5 to 40 mm). Easily integrated into a production line, they are suitable for fully automated assembly lines.

>> How to increase your productivity?

A new generation of UV lamps

LED lamps offer decisive advantages over traditional mercury discharge lamps. UV LED lamps are switched on only when needed, which means that the lifetime of UV LEDs is more than 20,000 hours – 200 times longer than that of conventional mercury technology. The light intensity remains unchanged throughout the life of the lamp.

The cold light source ensures low heat generation on the assembled parts, making handling easier, which is an important advantage in many industries today. The resulting low power consumption and low maintenance costs mean that the operating costs of DELOLUX® UV lamps are kept under control.

Our R&D department can also offer you ovens and UV conveyors to increase your productivity.
