Dispensing robots 3 & 4 axis

The 3 and 4 axis dispensing robots (x;y;z) allow a working area on x and y from 200mm to 500mm and a z of 100mm. The 4th axis allows for 360° rotation around the z axis. The robots are available with belt or worm drives for more precise dispensing applications.

Technical data sheet

Produit
  • Dispensing station - 3 axis

The digitised tables or dispensing stations are designed for dosing applications and have a purge function on the control panel and a selection of 100 programs on the front panel. Robot programming is very simple using the remote control. These robots are table-top robots with 3 axes (x,y,z) and working surfaces from 300mm to 500mm. The z-axis has a stroke of 100mm and can carry a weight of 3kg.

  • Dispensing station - 3 axis - 200F

The 200F digitised tables or dispensing stations are designed for dosing applications on small parts and have a purge function on the control panel and a selection of 100 programs on the front panel. Robot programming is very simple using the remote control. These robots are table-top robots with 3 axes (x,y,z) and working surfaces of 200mm by 200mm. The z-axis has a stroke of 50mm and can carry a weight of 3kg.

  • Dispensing station DUO - 3 axis

The DUO digitising tables have two independent platens and allow higher production rates than a single platen digitising table. They are designed for dosing applications and have a purge function on the control panel and a selection of 100 programs on the front panel. Robot programming is very simple using the remote control.

  • Hybrid • 3 axes

Standard hybrid dispensing stations have screw axes driven by a servomotor with a working area of 200 mm to 500 mm on the x and y axes and 50 mm on the z axis. These robots have the particularity of offering mobile axes above the working area. These robots can be used for various purposes, such as production line work, high or heavy work.

  • Gantry • 3 axis

Standard Cartesian robots have screw axes driven by a servomotor with a working area of between 300 mm and 600 mm. These robots are unique in that they have moving axes above the work area. These robots can be offered with a base plate and a specific beam height as an option.

  • Dispensing station - 4 axis

The 4-axis digitised tables or dispensing stations are designed for dosing applications and feature a purge function on the control panel, selection from 100 programs on the front panel. Robot programming is very simple using the remote control. The robots are table-top robots with 4 axes (x,y,z,w) and working surfaces from 300mm to 500mm. The z-axis has a stroke of 100m and can carry a weight of 3kg. The rotation on the 4th axis is 360°.

Automate your processes easily

Digitized tables allow you to automate your dispensing processes. The micro dispensing valves, tanks and volumetric dispensing pumps associated with the dispensing systems can be easily integrated into our digital tables. They can be used to create a complete dispensing system tailored to specific production needs and objectives.

It is also possible to attach an atmospheric plasma surface treatment torch for all material pre-treatment operations.

Benefits and properties of dispensing stations

The dispensing stations are available in three or four axes with a working area of up to 600×600 mm.

It is ideal for applications involving the application of liquid or pasty products, beads, arcs or coating, as well as dots ranging from a few microlitres to flow rates of 250 litres/minute.
