With almost 12 million probes produced per year, the B.Braun site in Nogent was looking for a customised bonding solution that would guarantee them a gain in productivity.
Amongst the constraints of the industrialist, we find the need for a “clean” bonding, the use of a medical glue or a fast bonding that can be controlled.

High fixation and fast bonding
From a previously restrictive system, the SUPRATEC Syneo team reviewed the entire process and was able to offer a customised solution: choice of a new adhesive, surface treatment of materials, precise dosage and UV exposure equipment.
